About Us
MotoGhost operates under the basic philosophy that:
"Nothing is perfect...nor will it ever be, yet allowing that to be an excuse not to strive for perfection means you will always be in second place at best."
MotoGhost is headed by Omar Sayied. His passion for BMW motorcycles stretches back 24 years. Working at dealerships, operating an independent BMW exclusive service center, and endless hours of modification of gearboxes and TYPE 247 engines culminated in a project bike built in 2002. As a testament to Omar's parts knowledge and modification skills, this motorcycle is a combination of genuine BMW parts sourced from 13 different models manufactured over 32 years. It is featured in the Winter 2003 issue of MOTO-EURO. Check out the custom BMWs page to see this and other bikes that are being built by MotoGhost. In addition to being a BMW Guru, Omar has earned his MBA and has taught finance, business law, and computer science classes at the college level. He also has experience in event management, contractual negotiations, and business consulting.
Dan Roth has been working for MotoGhost for nearly two years now. His background includes five years as an Avionics Technician for the US Navy on S-3B, SH-60, & F-18 Hornet Aircraft and a QA Inspector for various workstations during his service to our country! He earned his BS in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University. For the past nine years he has been an avid BMW rider and owns and rides five BMW ranging from /5 Classics to his newer RT.
